eSATA PCMCIA card

Does anyone know if eSATA PCMCIA card are available here in Malaysia?

WOuld like to get one so I don't need to use my USB ports to extend my hard disk space on my notebook.

Looks like Vantec has such a product too.. Anyone seen it sold here at Lowyat?

no idea if they are available here but i might be interested in getting one too .. depends on the laptop i'm getting first ;p

Both are not compatible with each other, so don't get either until you are sure which slot your notebook comes with.

express card is better of course since it's 64-bit. more bandwidth. supports 3Gbit/s i think

for normal pcmcia, it's just a 32-bit cardbus. that means 1.5Gbit/s max
