Default PSU and Video card quest.

im getting a Visiontek XTASY Radeon X1300 256MB AGP 8x Video Card and i was wondering if my PSU could handle it.
PSU: Asys Model #: LC-B450E
+3.3V-28A(ORANGE),+5V-50A(RED),+12V-18A(YELLOW)
+5Vsb-2.5A(PURPLE),-5-0.8A(WHITE),-12V-1.0A(BLUE)
RATING OUTPUT WATTS 450W,+3.3V & 5V=230W

There's not much need for dual-rails for AGP card. I never heard of the Asys model before, is it from OEM?
