i noticed that when i play hoyle casino 2004, pc didnt restart nor hang even after long hrs of playing(2++hrs), but when i switched to watching videos saved in my pc, it will hang and or restart after/between 2-15mins.

Did you max your onboard-graphic memory?
Did you check AGP aperture?
Did you test your RAM?

how to max the graphic memory?
my AGP aperture is 64MB(default) but i'm using integrated graphic, does it even affect?
i do not have a floppy drive to test the RAM

BIOS -> PCI/Plug and Play Setup page -> Share Memory Size -> max it.
The lower the graphic memory, the higher you'd have to set AGP aperture.
For example, if 64MB is your max share size, set AGP aperture to 128MB, if max is 32MB, set it to 256MB.

Ed.: About RAM-testing ...
Download Windows Memory Diag, burn the CD-image, boot with it ...

The irql-less-or-equal problem is caused by mainly faulty memory stick first. Go and get Memtest 86+, then test it stick by stick.

Check whether the processor is overheating or not too.

memtest86+ need to boot from floppy disk but i do not have a floppy drive.
the processor is not overheating, temp max i've seen is 42

i set the graphic card acceleration to none instead of the default full and nothing happens except that the videos is jerky during playback and i cant switch from dual sound to one sound.

TBH, I don't think it has anything to do with your graphics card. There's no point disabling its acceleration features.

Update the audio driver and check your memory modules using Memtest86.
