I've just reformatted my comp... then when it reaches to the setup area where you fill your name and your organization.. the keyboard doesnt work.. but it works when at the BIOS menu there... the computer is an ACER comp tho.. do I have to like install Acer's winXP to get the keyboard working? cuz Im using a winXP tat I bought myself.. is there anyway to by pass it? the keyboard is ps2 keyboard and I've used ACER keyboard...

Does your Acer system come with any driver disk? If so, check to see if it includes a keyboard driver. Although unlikely, it's possible that the keyboard might be driven by a separate PS/2 controller. Very unlikely, but who knows. Maybe they did it to keep the system proprietary...
