no, they aren't, but they're retailing at pc zone for rm800 per stick, but i've got a friend in the US who's willing to bring back some ram for me if i get the 2gb option, the thing is that he's coming back in under a month, which is why i posted such a topic so early

if i follow the 1gb route, then i'll be getting it from lowyat

I would just say go with 2GB. My brother's E6600 system runs on 2GB and he doesn't even lag on Supreme Commander.

Plus 4GB on XP x86 would be a waste.

ah alright then, now, the wait for ram prices to hit rock bottom continues, perhaps for the next month or so

edit: mmm rm135 at pczone now mmm, rm120-125 min? compares favourably with rm400+ in january
