Can any one help me fix my creative earfones

hi my creative earfones are the ep-635 and the left ear bud is real quiet and it is so P#@$ing me off because it has no real sound from the left but heaps from the right so if any one has hit this prop plz plz help me

Have you tried it on another PC/notebook or audio device? Just to make sure it's not a problem with the earphones itself.

Otherwise, check the connector. See if it's fully inserted. Also check the media player to see if you turned off the left audio output.

Check the jacks - they might be loose. Or try these earphones in the MP3 player. If it's still working that way - the wirings in the plug might be loose - you might need to shake it a little bit.

Turn the jack left and right, could improve the contact.

yes i have done all that on my mates samsung mp3 and on my ipod but still the left one is still faint

If it's faint, you may have a dirty contact. Check the connector, see if it's okay.

Sounds like your earphone is faulty.
