Default P4B533 Headaches

P4 2.4 w/ 9800P ran fine for year or so then began locking up.

Wiped drive with zeroes, reinstalled XP + Intel drivers and Now get funny beeps during cold boot. Random beeps, some high pitch some low.... Is it dumpster time?
