yes itr is new socket
i have seen it with other socket but it seams it will have twice more pins than 775

Hmmm, 3 channel Ram and 8 cores, Immagine the SuperPi scores that could clock up...

Yeah that's what I was thinking... (the super pi score)

And I also wonder how well it will overclock considering the cpu will now have the memory controler onboard.
