Personally, minumum would be a 300W for that system. I don't think that system would consume more than 150W at full load. It's safe bet to get a PSU at least double the actual usage. PSU efficiency is best at around 50% of the maximum load.

I agree running a PSU at 3/4 to full load shows degradation in regulation and other characteristics.

probably it will run fine for couple of weeks before it blows ..
