Default Is 250W sufficient?

Hi there, I am wondering if HEC 250W is sufficient for the following specs.

AMD X2 5200
Team Elite 1GB DDR2 800 x 2
Gigabyte MA78GM-S2H
Seagate 320GB HDD
Pioneer DVDRW
3 USB devices : Wireless keyboard + WiFi adapter + internal card reader.
Possibility of adding a TV Tuner card in the future (PCI device)

Is it enough? What do you guys say about HEC brand? Reliable?

Thanks

Its a dual core processor. I wouldn't recommend it.

at least 400W would be enough for that specs and going lower than that is risky
because in most cases when u see 350w or 400w psu low brand is not fully that watts they say, it is much lower
exp. 400w=320w real power
and what gpu you use ?

get some extra cash and take branded PSU like Hiper, ThermalTake, OCZ, ....
their price on 400w models are not much higher but it is safer
because if you get power loss on your power grid branded psu wonth burn that easy like a cheap one

250W is really cutting it close, especially since we don't know its actual specs. You had better go with a 350W or 400W PSU.

It is cutting it too close and considering PSU prices I wouldn't suggest anyone purchase anything under 400W.

400W is optimal. 250W isn't helping.

HEC brand is great too, but gotta need a lot of power for a Dual-Core PC.

250W is very much underpowered IMHO.

It's recommended to have at least 400W PSU for any dual core spec PC. I seen customer who have underpowered PC end up damaging their mother board and HDD and I myself have experience fried graphic card twice before as well. So in the end of the day, I do rather spend more money in getting a good PSU before I end up frying more of my PC component.

Unless you plug in a graphics card, 250W is actually enough. But of course, I wouldn't recommend it.
