Reputation: 11 ![]() Rep Power: 2 | Hi there, I am wondering if HEC 250W is sufficient for the following specs. AMD X2 5200 Team Elite 1GB DDR2 800 x 2 Gigabyte MA78GM-S2H Seagate 320GB HDD Pioneer DVDRW 3 USB devices : Wireless keyboard + WiFi adapter + internal card reader. Possibility of adding a TV Tuner card in the future (PCI device) Is it enough? What do you guys say about HEC brand? Reliable? Thanks

Reputation: 0 ![]() Rep Power: 0 | 250W is very much underpowered IMHO. It's recommended to have at least 400W PSU for any dual core spec PC. I seen customer who have underpowered PC end up damaging their mother board and HDD and I myself have experience fried graphic card twice before as well. So in the end of the day, I do rather spend more money in getting a good PSU before I end up frying more of my PC component.
