Does not support Vista though.

I ended using PerfectDisk (I always had a soft spot for it over DiskKeeper). Shrinked the partition the most I could (~70GB) then I ran a offline defrag as well as a normal defrag and now I can make it to 40GB, like I planned. Cheers!
