hmmm must try this A4 paper trick..

BTW, not all A4 papers have the same texture. What brands and thickness do u guys use in particular??

I dunno... The papers I used are 'sneaked' from my office's photocopier machine

I chose A4 paper cause it's cost-effective, disposable, plus it's environment-friendly! (not to mention recyclable too!)

Say can your optical mouse work without any mousepad/paper at all? Mine couldn't cos the surface of my desk is kinda plastic and shiny...

i think i'll try the A4 thing. but if i do i'll be having about 5 - 10 paper on it so it's thinking and i don't feel the hard table.

I use a text book Juz an old one lying around... pretty expensive mousepad if u ask me.

A4 paper juz keeps wearing out... gotta higher grade, I guess...

The one I'm using is not too thick... Theory of Computing, small, thin but easily the most expensive text in my collection.

my mouse works without mousepads too.. it's the standard computer table surface...
