Yeah, CoCSoft Stream Down is a greap app. It's a bit expensive, but you can buy it a lot cheaper through Froogle or http://www.deprice.com/cocsoftstreamdown.htm

I use BitSpirit to download torrents

In my experience by far the most efficient and powerful BT cleint I've used. Doesn't memory bloat like Azereus
