1031982, it somehow doesnt seem to match

i mean .. we can have multiple CleanUp.exe but in different folders... so its possible it might not be the right one.. POSSIBLE only .

Nope. I just killed it so that Windows XP can shut down. It's there even if I just boot up Windows XP in Safe Mode (without doing anything else).

I have an "xpicleanup.exe" that is part of Mozilla FireFox.

Nope. Don't think that's the same thing. Check its properties. If it's the same executable, the company should be listed as adi.
