EDIT: Ok, but if i have a C: partition with a WinXP with a NTFS file system, and if i do the one FAT32 partition, then how i can install Win98 in that Fat32 partition i was created. Or it's impossible?

If you think of dual booting, you will need to install Win98 first no matter what.
