Notice: The enhanced version is required to support per-pixel frames for downloaded skins. But it also includes support for scrollbar skinning, progress bar skinning (incuding new WB5 effects), progress animation skinning, per-pixel alpha menu skinning, colorizing, and more.

It looks very nice and fun to have. I'll surely give it a try (if there is a trial version). If I'll like it, I'll probably buy it. $19.95 is not so much afterall.
