Reputation: 315 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Rep Power: 7 | I ran 3DMark06 (version 1.0.2) twice on my computer last night and had a very strange experience... I expected both the graphic and CPU scores to be pretty low, with CPU definitely below 300pts for my Athlon XP 1900. Running the CPU tests went sluggish, to say the least, with a new frame rendered every three seconds on average. But since the CPU was so busy it didn't have time to update the software clock in a timely fashion either, so the scene that was supposed to take about one minute to run actually took some three and a half minutes for the first test and slightly below three minutes for the second test. As a result my CPU score ended at almost 570 points! The result was the same for both runs. (The SM2 score was no more than 87 points, as could be expected.) Cheers Olle
