In other news, ATI just announced some pretty big price cuts. Just as I was starting to feel happy about my current setup, ATI comes along and tempts me to go back to the red camp

Nope, the maximum was 1.4v.

The card started artifacting two/three weeks ago and I can no longer overclock it, even 50MHz over stock is not possible.

Here's my score.

One question. After the second graphic card test, I notice my GPU temp is at 83C. That's the highest it goes during the whole test. Mostly it stays around 77C. Should I be worried?? Maybe take me card back to 490Mhz/1.3Ghz?? Or just get a better cooler??? any recommendations???

Maximum limit of 135C, 80+ is nothing to worry about.
