how to stop someone to install something in winxp?

my sis like to install RO into my comp which i dont like..

is there any way to stop that?

i dont want to create another winxp account or password protect my account as she will use it for the internet only

The easy way out would be to create another (Limited) account or a guest account.

how to make those thing like 'u have no permission to blah blah..please contact ur system admin' pop up box like those in my college computer?

That will happen on a Limited account I think (Haven't used the limited account for a long time!

set her acc permission from Administrator to power user or user.

usually college pc have policy control settings i thnk

but you can degrade the accoutn will do ..

You can set global policies in your home machine as well...go to Start->Run->type gpedit.msc
