Anyone of you know any Free Malaysian based Email??? I mean free, email, powered by Malaysian servers.

But why? Why would anyone want a free webmail running on unreliable local hosts and infrastructure to handle something as important as emails, when there's things like gmail.com?

Gmail's still beta. I have heavy volume on one email address, and occasionally it barfs and mail goes missing. It's fast though.
