But why? Why would anyone want a free webmail running on unreliable local hosts and infrastructure to handle something as important as emails, when there's things like gmail.com?

And gmail provides you with up to 200 times of space. We have lotsa invites. Even new user has 14 invites.

Gmail's still beta. I have heavy volume on one email address, and occasionally it barfs and mail goes missing. It's fast though.
