Nope, but I used something similar. Panda Software's Online Active Scan.

EDIT: Another screenshot added. As shown in the scxreenshot above, you'll see what looks like a Windows Update icon, but it actually opens the SpyFalcon hompage if you click on it. It will still stay there no matter how many times you've deleted the damn culprit.
