Uncle Google said a person tried re-form his 2 partitions into 1 and the hidden partition come back again. Is that true? i can't take risk to lost all my files in both partition now to try something that not sure can success.

The hidden partition only contains backup files for you to quickly revert the notebook back to factory condition, if I'm not mistaken.

There's no need to find it. Unless you mess around with partitions, like I normally do, it's still there. But you need to use the Recovery CD to access it.

But if you are like me and repartition your new hard drive, deleting the hidden partition in the process, then it's no longer there or accessible.
