Default Norton Antivirus Is Disabled

I guess my pc is struck by virus.If i open a my document there is another my docoment inside the folder when i click it appear black screen and closed.my norton in tray has been take out,when i try launch the norton it is minimize and closed automaticaly.I already try fresh os instalation but tehe virus is still there coz i have 20 pc overhere.I try to change other antivirus product such as bitdefender but the result is same teh system auto closed it.i try to go to symantec web page,the explorer is minimized.but i can surf other web pages that is not related to antivirus,pls help me to find a way to overcome this problem.

What do you mean by the explorer is minimised when surfing symantec website?

Default Norton antivirus Disabled

First of all thanks for helping.When i try to go to symantec website,the internet explorer is closed automatically.I mean Ie is always should closed if we hit the closed button,but in this case it closed for me,so there is no way i can get symantec tech assistant,further more from the same pc i cant even open rojak pot forum ,in order to read the reply to my problem,coz the same thing happen,the IE closed,but i can surf a lot others website without problem,this IE closed whenever i try to find something to overcame the auto closing of IE.I guess its clear,is this virus or spyware.coz we have a network around 5 pc has same problem.I am replying from the pc that has not been attaacked by this virus.pls help.tq

its most probably virus or soemthing ...

see if you use Process Explorer to terminate certain process which looks suspicious ..

I'm not sure if this is a good idea.

Last time, I tried to move the infected HDD over to a non-infected system, and try to scan the virus from there. I managed to clean all the viruses this way.

This is risky of course. But I was running out of ideas just like you now.

What I do when I get hit by a virus is that I just reformat my C drive. I just move whatever files that I need to another drive and just wipe the infected one clean.

Yeah, I do that too.

Should not be a problem if your boot drive has an updated anti-virus software which loads at boot up.
