are u using 'Registry Mechanic 5.1'? if u do that is the problem.. the solution is uninstall it and use the registry mechanic 5.0 to clean up the problem.. if fail try to repair your windows after uninstall the registry mechanic 5.1.. if u're not using registry mechanic i'm out of idea.. happen to me before.. after installing one by one i found out that the registry mechanic 5.1 is the culprit..
p/s: its annoying that you have to wait to shutdown your pc everytime.. it make me reformat my pc for the first time it happen..

Nope, i dont have 'Registry Mechanic 5.1' installed. Just reformated my computer. Problem sloved ....... but another one emerged.

Cant seem to change the virtual memory, wanna set it at initial 2000Mb but it revert back to 1533Mb everytime my computer reboot. Any work around for it?

I've personally encountered this problem with Symantec Anti-Virus loading during Windows startup.

If it's possible with ZoneAlarm, set it to start up only AFTER Windows XP loads.. or when ZoneAlarm itself starts up.
