You just need some of the files to write the boot sector. Hmm... I just tried on another notebook. It booted into C, the primary partition. And not into the USB drive. And there's no drive designated for the USB drive... Guess it doesn't work on all mobos. Hmm... defeats the purpose on having a bootable usbkey. But when it works, it's fast. Hmm... but still, I can't make it work like a WME/W98 bootable CD where you have the menus. Even when I inserted the autoexec and config.sys files into the USB key. I want the menus coz it looks cooler. ![]()
