SpyBot S&D is my favourite

I also use Ad-Aware.. which is a great program as well

i hv three anti spyware, wdw defender, adaware & spybot but most of the time i only use wdw defender to do scanning.

I use CounterSpy as my primary technical defence. (Vigilance and a generally cautious behaviour is the primary defence.)

I chose CS because it was rated top of the line when I bought it. (Now WebRoot Spy Sweeper is supposed to be #1.)

I do not use the constant overwatch function, because it occupies plenty of RAM and makes no practical difference since I'm only rarely hit by adware or spyware anyway. (Last scan found nothing added during the last couple of months!)

i alway thought i won`t be hit by such stuff too.Hope ur last scan was recent..

I've never been hit by any serious spywares before. But I still have to fix spyware problems at home and at work...

Since I can only vote on one, I'll choose Spybot..

But I do have Ad Aware installed too and I run both of them once every month just to be sure...
