From what I understand, you say, install ME first, then install XP in another partition right?? How to install XP without the XP Cd-rom? I dun understand, dun tell me while in ME, we insert the cd rom and install in the other partition?

Thank you.
No-no.. What he meant was... do NOT install Windows XP via the usual CD-ROM boot-up method.

Instead, after installing Windows ME, load up Windows ME and load the Windows XP installation CD. That will allow the Windows XP installation routine to create a dual-boot system.

Can... As long as you do not name the folder for both installations as Windows.

Meaning, I just install ME, then later, after install ME, I go inside ME like normal... then I put in XP cd, and install from there, am I correct???

Here's the official "how to do":

Worked like charm when I installed MS-Dos, Win98SE and WinXP Home.
