Default Office 2007 Beta

I have been testing Office 2007 ( Beta). Generally I like it okay, but there is one thing that is nagging me. In Word 2003, there was an autoformat button that would transform items (documents) that you copied and pasted off of the internet to your preferences. I like for my documents to have the curly quotation marks and not the straight ones. I know that this is a miniscule problem, but I would like to know if there are any solutions to this. I may have overlooked this feature somehow. There is something to set up autoformat, but I cannot get it to perform the function described above automatically.

Thank you very much for any answers you may have.
