Reputation: 0  Rep Power: 4 |  Converting from FAT32 to NTFS My kid is running Vista RC1. Where should I go to convert the d drive to ntfs?

Reputation: 2162   Rep Power: 56 | Open the command prompt and type: Convert D: /FS:NTFS I tried it on my Vista but unfortunately the filesystem is already NTFS. So, it displayed "Drive C: is already NTFS". I guess it should work. But do it at your own risk.  Backup all important data first!
