Default WinExposé

WinExposé is basically a close of Mac OS X's Exposé. For those who don't know what Exposé is, take a look at this page: http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/expose/ Oh, it's a freeware

Download WinExposé: http://www.matiasmoreno.com.ar/winexpose/

I can't seem to get WinExposé to work on my system and it shows me this message: Can't start directX, check log

So inside the log file:
[18-10-06 09:51:29] Log started
[18-10-06 09:51:29] InitDXEngine () ...
[18-10-06 09:51:29] Trying dd.CreateSurface (ddsbackbuffer)...
[18-10-06 09:51:29] dd.CreateSurface (ddsbackbuffer) succeeded
[18-10-06 09:51:29] Trying d3d.CreateDevice (TnLHALDevice)...
[18-10-06 09:51:29] d3d.CreateDevice (TnLHALDevice) failed.
[18-10-06 09:51:29] Trying d3d.CreateDevice (HALDevice)...
[18-10-06 09:51:29] d3d.CreateDevice (HALDevice) failed
[18-10-06 09:51:29] Trying d3d.CreateDevice (RGBDevice)...

Here's another one, TopDesk. This program is better, but it's a shareware

* Windows can be closed and minimized/restored while tiled.

I've tried this ages ago, waaay before I got my Powerbook..

My thoughts on WinExpose: don't even bother.

It's a ram sucker, it's slow, it's jagged and ugly, and it looks like a badly resized screenshot of your open windows.

That's if the slowness didn't irk you before you can even get angry at the lousy quality of the screenshot.

If you want a clone of Expose on your Windows, you'll probably be better off finding other alternatives.

Or get a mac

Or wait for Vista. Might not be the same, but you gotta lose some.

I'm using TopDesk now. I can't even run WinExpose on my system.

just came back from MS sg. vista (i mean the 64bit version), and particularly office 07, will rock you worldddddddddddddddd.

64bit's kernal is 100% locked. unlike 32bit, drivers have been thrown out of the it.so hardly any crashes.. wiiiiiiiiiiiiii..
