sometimes my com face this.. i have to restart my com.. wat error is this

Can be anything. Most likely hardware related problem.

Could be overheating too. Can you grab the full screen of the BSOD everytime it crashes?

Try updating the nVidia drivers for your graphics card to a newer version.

If you have a CD burner you could download the ISO of memtest86 and burn that to a CD.
