Default Installing Win XP via Network Boot (PXE)

My laptop CDROM drive is broken and the only way to reinstall the corrupted OS is via PXE network boot. I did alot of Google but I am still quite blur about it. Can anyone brief me how can I perform a RIS?

I am using Windows XP, not Windows 2000 Server, wonder if there is a way.

Thanks

Because that stupid Bios only allows me to boot from 4 options

1) CDROM - ATAPI not detected in BIOS
2) Floppy - lappie does not have
3) Hard Disk -
4) Network Boot - Last hope

Furthermore, I can learn new stuff

You will need a ghost server if you want to attempt to do this...
