Cannot Read Arabic Letters

Hii All

I am installing an Arabic program
while iam installing it
the characters must be shown as arabic characters but doesnot happened they are shown as carbidge

I don't know why although when i setup my operating system (windows xp) i installed arabic language
(checked on "install for complex script and right to left including thai")
also i can read and write arabic in microsoft office word

What program are you installing?

Hmm perhaps that program isn't using the character set that is installed in windows but some other older or proprietry char set? hmmm
