Reputation: 285 ![]() ![]() ![]() Rep Power: 9 | Ya... I have basically NO programming experience and skills and I want a control panel icon for my PC. Plus side to this, it would point directly to an already made program that has icons and I have made some fairly complex working autoexec menus dealing with Windows 3.1-98SE. So, anyone know how to make one, or where I can get some decent instructions on making one?
