yea...have to use the proxy..if use direct connection cant connect

Well, Jet is from there too. And I used to live and study nearby. Even eat quite often at the economy rice shop at Emerald Park.

Anyway, back to topic... Honestly, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with your settings. But can you show us a screenshot of the Advanced Settings window? Thanks.

Hmm.. Looks okay. Unless you can ask your hostel admin to reboot the router, can you try removing the Exceptions?

May be you need to untick the Automatically detect setting so your manual setting will not over write
