It really needed more than just an ETA; something like a pause button or a queue list would have been nice. That's when I found out about SuperCopier, a software that replaces explorer's file copy altogether and adds many features. It's been working really well for me so far, only it has some problems when doing file copy for IE and 7-zip, but for explorer it's swelll; I was successful at transfering 3 gigabytes of files over my network today. The software itself hasnt been updated for a while, but neither did Windows' file copy shell Notice that SuperCopier can only automatically replace the file copy in Windows XP and lower; it still doesn't for Vista (so you will have to manually use). Reputation: 351 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Rep Power: 4 | After trying both, I prefer SuperCopier although it has a little fancier colour, but is didn't take much resources as Teracopy. I cut 1.3 Gb movies to other partition, SuperCopier took around 7mb~ while TeraCopy took around 60mb~. As I don't measure the time, I wouldn't want anything took around 60mb from me so easy So I just stick with SuperCopier, or even revert back to the normal one. p/s. There's one thing I hate, the windows is always on top, just blocking my view

To disable Always On Top, go into Configuration of SuperCopier and do this: ![]() As for TeraCopy, you'll have to go into into your "Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\TeraCopy" and modify one of the parameters in the .ini to 1. I think it was "Top=1" or something like that. | |
