No quick reply???

there is no quick reply on the bottom.

and for when replying, no smiley

I have turn of adblock, but didn't solved it.
Internet explorer working perfectly.
any advice?

Are you using "No Script"?
If so, click on "options".

yes, using noscript.
but recently didn't change any of its option.
just these two days, these things started to happen.

first thing I saw the thread tools on the bottom, the next things is its gone, and the quick reply appear

Hmm.. Can't be a forum problem because Quick Reply works fine here. Is that IE7 or Firefox?

It is Firefox. It's ok now though.

Oh sorry, the server goes bonkers once in a while. Usually resolves itself in 10-15 minutes.
