Block programs...

Ok, I have to re-load a system, and it has been requested that I block the installation and running of some programs. Thing is, it's XP Home, so I don't have all the control in the OS.
How can I, or what is freely available, to block them? One of the nasty ones to block is Limewire...

I'm pretty sure you can setup restrictions such as those when creating a new User Account (Limited Account) under XP. I haven't tried it yet though.

Problem is that the person kinda wants a single user account, and it has to be admin. So, that's how it gets interesting.

Well U can try using local security policy. But being admin U can always disable it.
