Partition will never cause any problems. BSOD is definitely caused by other problems. Can you get the BSOD error message? Or just take a picture of it and post it here.

Is it caused by hardware (Hardisk) defect or my WinXP problem? Or just too many partition? I had just formated it few days ago.
Next time it happens write down the error code.

Yup, that's how I troubleshoot my NIC driver and Intel Matrix Driver problem.

I have been using this PATA hard disk which has been giving me the same problem even when used on two separate PC

The OS system files would be corrupted and as the result I would not be able to boot into windows. If I keep trying, sometimes I would manage to get into windows. Then upon reboot, it will not boot into windows again.

Is this related to hard disk failure? How can I determine if this is considered as 'faulty' and can send back for RMA?

No bad sector AFAIK

Believe it or not, it is the IDE cable in most cases

Yeah, I had the same problem before. It happened to an IDE CD writer too. The IDE cables can fail to work after some time.

Looks like old "kuey tiao" like IDE cable always give problem after long time of servicing.

But, my hardisk is new SATA3 Seagate 500GB. Currently no Blue Screen, but only Black Screen without anything. Can't even boot while the SATA cable of that HDD is plug in.

I think you mean SATA 3Gb/s. Hmm.. If it won't boot if you plug the SATA cable in, then it's likely to be dead. Most likely, it's the power circuit as the computer should boot up even if the HDD is dead.
