Installing Vista SP2?

Has anyone installed Vista SP2 yet? I can't wait to install, but I'm slightly worried about being the first here...

My IE8 doesn't install now, so I was hoping after installing SP2 will solve this problem.

installed sp2 x64 version. no prob so far.

been running it for two days now x86, so far so good. Gonna download X64 for the server, will try once confirm stable.

I downloaded the stand-alone installer (which was like 1.4Gb!) and installed last week. No problems. Then again, I didn't have any problems before either...

That's weird...

Some how my Dolby Digital Live / DTS Connect doesn't seem to be playing nice (getting intermittent clipping when playing music through foobar).

I can't install SP2. It falls back just like when I install IE8. Looks like I need to reinstall Vista with SP1 slipstreamed. Damn.

download the standalone. mine doesnt show on windows update either.

1.4GB? i thought x64 version is only ~600MB while the x86 is ~400MB. unless you its multilingual or something.

...maybe I found a special one then. The one I got is SP2 for 64-bit Vista and Server 2008.
