There's a limitation with IE, only allows 10 simultaneous connection. You need to hack that if I'm not mistaken.

well, the thing is..IE8 does not even load some site..including techarp @-@,even with the plugin..weird huh xD

I'm a noob when it comes to anthing later than IE6.

So here is a question, where is the link to outlook express or e-mail? I looked all over and cannot find it.

I think MS stopped providing Outlook Express after IE6. Windows Vista has Windows Mail / Windows Live Mail.
