It's natural to love salty food. But too much of it is not good. When I was younger, I didn't really care, but sigh... now I have to watch my intake.
My weakness,,, Buttered corn... cannot have enough salt on. Lima beans... same Fry's or tater tot's... same... MMMMMMM, bacon.... Frozen dinners... always over 1000 mg's. Sh!t,,, A pack of instant noodles is over 1000 MG's. I just try to keep my fat intake down. Best I can do.
Wow.. A photo gallery of pizza boxes! Reminds me of that amazing collection of beer cans I saw on Discovery Channel. That guy collected a TON of them!
My family has been cutting down on salt in the last few years... mostly due to my parents trying to watch their blood pressure levels. So I've gotten used to low-salt cooking as well. Just enough to give it taste and complement the other flavours Couple of my home made dishes...first attempt at lasagna from scratch (except the lasagna sheets) last Saturday, and steak + mash on Thursday. Mmm beef
Whaaaaaaaaa!!!!! Welcome back cypris!!!! I missed you! Hope you have been well and all. So binge and gorge is no more, and now it's chiak eh'?
Hahahaa thanks! Yeah I have! Been travelling a lot and before that I was totally buried with work so much so that I had little time for anything else. Anyways I've quit my job and am in the midst of planning my next trip and meanwhile, looking for some temp jobs to fill in the time. How are youuuuuusss??? BTW I got your message! I've sorta started a new micro blog where I just post photos of what I've eaten day to day. (actually, just whenever I feel like it) The link's in the previous message
Oh, I've been doing the same as ever. So glad summer is 'here' now. Was a long cold winter and it feels great to get out and bike ride and walk the dog. I've been lazy too. I really need to start taking more pictures for this thread. Yeah, working too much is a real drag! And a whole year seems to go right by when your doing six days a week 8+ hours a day. Glad I don't have those hours anymore. I'll add your new blog to my fav's.
