well, the way I proposed does not need database I think. You just create various webpages, or even do it in image format with things sorted accordingly so basically the data are static, not dynamic.

Err.. If we do that, then we will have more pages to keep track of and update.

in that case, how about put the data in excel format and peopple can download and sort it out by themselves if they want?
