This happens quite often. Then I started to play FEAR again. It happens quite alot in the menu screen. But when in-game, it seldom appear. So, I thought it must be my overclock. I turned everything to stock after that, I was just running about 415 (core), 65Mhz over the stock 350 Mhz. Went back into FEAR, I still can see those triangles in the menu screen. Went in-game... so far no 'artifacts' could be seen. Installed NFS Most Wanted last night and played a sometime, so far so good. The thing I'm wondering is, why is it appearing in movies and menu screen and not much in game? ![]()

Re-installing the graphics drivers could also be an option. If it's not a software issue, then checking your temps and what not would be a good idea as well.

Reputation: 232 ![]() ![]() ![]() Rep Power: 6 | First check your GPU temps. If they're high (let's say, more than 70C-75C on full load), first handle that. If the problem persists, is probably what Maximus_Detritus is suggesting. It could be a corrupted movie files or an incorrect/buggy codec. GOOD LUCK. Please update us. |
