me
if u want one, I would recommend leadtek. of all the tv cards I've tested (etc. k-world proview..blabalbalbla), leadtek write the best driver + PVR software (free, and it's not a bloatware. small, fast and does not crash!).

asus tv-fm 7135 card it what i use, pretty good for what its worth, very handy when u don't want to miss a show or sum one else is using the tv. i never have a compy without one.

im using hauppauge wintv pvr150 & USB2. wonder anyone using USB2 faces freeze problem with winxp sp2.
