Default problem with video playback..

the video playback on my computer is blinking and flashing..skipping frame

i got this problem when playing avi (divx) and rmvb..i tried realone player, wmp10, wmp classic..all having this problem

tried diffrent version of codec pack..same problem

gfx card problem?

any idea?

btw, i can playback with no problem with the direct draw disabled in dxdiag.exe

old gfx card..a MSI gf4ti with omega driver 53.03..tried diffrent driver too

Try uninstalling all the codecs and download the latest ffdshow.

Maybe try updating the codecs? You might also want to try older drivers. For such old cards, there's little point in upgrading to the latest drivers.
