Default sorry to make a new thread but need answer asap 9600 ati/fx 5200 question

ok soz for new thread but need answer in nxt 2 days if possible.

anyway as you may have seen from other threads, i had spent £75 on a 6800 nvidea card, that went faulty.

well i think iam deciding now to cut back on the spending, and trying a ati 9550 or 9600, as i can get one for around £50.

basically the reason why, i dont play many pc games, and wow being probably the main one.

so my urgent question is...i have a fx 5200 which i may add has been superb, but now is starting to chugg a bit in wow.

now how much better is the either the ati 9550 or 9600 than my old fx 5200??
in other words would i notice a great increase worth £50 if i were to get one of these ati cards.??

or do you guys hae a beter card for around £50 that i would get an increase with.?

EDIT

guys been here and really thinking of this one....especially now i read its bios is flashable, to take it to a 9600 xt i think, so anythoughts guys??

http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/62209/rb/20136313332

Most 9550 and 9600 are the lower end models. They are not moddable to 9600xt because of very crippled components on the card.

There's nothing weird. There are so many versions of 9600. Even the Pros are misleading, even the 'Pro' alone has so many different versions.
