Dead powercolor radeon 9800se

hello.
just got myselve a dead radeon 9800se.
the card dosn't start at all.
My monitor dosn't start.
I'm not sure if sombody tried to mod it to pro, and i don't now is card dead, or just badflashed.
The cooler spins when i turn my station on.
PLZ HELP!

just got msg that this card has been taked out of comp. and when was putted inside again it just stoped working.

Hmm.. Are there any error beeps when you power up the system?

If it's possible,try it in other machines if they let you to do so.

Its the card that keeps on dying...

The one I had kept on being rma'd until the warranty period finished...

You don't have to hard mod it. A softmod will do (and also it won't mess with warranty.)
