I don't think that there's much difference.
I'd prefer the Asus (but not because it's Asus),
the HS comes in one massive piece.
Not like this fancy little heatpipe toy.

I agree as well, plus the HS is a tad smaller. I like small thing inside cases. Tends to make people who don't understand computers well confused about how it's powerful.
