can get around RM480 for a galaxy 8600GT

worth the buy?

7900GS is also getting cheaper.

In benchmarks, 8600GT and 7900GS are close, but the 8600GT has DirectX 10 support and some more of those new features.

IMHO, at this moment, either go for a 7900/7950-series card, or go straight for an 8800 GTS 320MB.

8600GTS isn't exactly very expensive now. I would go for 8600GTS if you are looking at 7900GS equivalent.

im not paying dat much actually..so no 8600gts for me

does getting a dx10 card now worth it?

im using 7300GT now..to be honest its fine since im not a heavy gamer but u noe tempted by the price of 8600GT which is affordable to me

hmm..put it in this way..company of heroes in mid-high setting on 1280*1024

will ATI HD2600 worth the wait or get myself a 8600GT? both aso 128bit card which is rather poor..

the memory interface is not that important anymore. Despite the 128bit memory, they are much faster than a 9800 Pro. Faster memory chips are used to compensate the smaller memory interface.
